Data Entry Specialist
Business Support role: Data Entry Specialists collect information from various sources and enter it to electronic databases for archival and analysis purposes. Task & Responsibilities
- Record data into Clarify system once each interaction was completed.
- Review spreadsheets for accuracy and corrected errors.
- Act as a lead during open enrollment projects.
- Provide feedback on how to better improve call quality.
