Expert Coordinator

Expert Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping, and receiving. They work in fast-paced environments that are deadline-driven and usually manage multiple transportation projects at a time. They are responsible for planning and overseeing the movement of a product from the time it is created to the time it reaches consumers and may be responsible for investigating customer problems and providing strategic solutions.

Task & Responsibilities

• Overseeing the shipping and receiving process in a warehouse.
• Day-to-day management of the warehouse, inventory control, transportation, and scheduling.
• Monitoring the transportation process from beginning to end to continually improve the movement of goods.
• Some roles may require data analysis to identify the most efficient and cost-effective method of moving goods.
