2 New Reports

  • Reconciliation status report

    A new detailed report of your reconciliation in the Banking section of the Reports module. View the reconciliation summary, statement lines, all matched, unmatched and categorized transactions and also export each section based on your preference.

    To view this: Go to Reports > Banking > Reconciliation Status.

  • Inventory ageing summary

    Is it Ageing or Aging? Depending on where you are from they are both correct. Customisable Inventory Ageing Report helps you manage your stock turns.

    To access this report: Go to the Reports module from the left pane > Inventory Reports > Inventory Aging Summary

Collect payments using payment links

Generate a payment link to collect miscellaneous payments share via email or SMS to your customers. Payment is made securely via an integrated payment gateway.

To enable this: Go to Settings > Preferences > General > Mark the box near Payment Links.

Updates to the Zoho Books iOS app

With version 4.7.7, you can sign in with Apple, access Zoho Books in three languages-Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese and use the templates you had associated with the customers and vendors in the web app. There has been an number of bug fixes.

Updates to the Zoho Books Windows app

The Zoho Books Windows app has had a massive remake. A new UI and new support for advanced search, debit notes, new custom fields, payment gateway integrations, pagination, bulk actions, Apple sign-in, sorting options and much more.

Updates for organizations with Zoho Inventory
